The proceeds from the event and silent auction will benefit the American International School in Gaza, the only co-educational, western-style K-12 school in Gaza.  Currently, 425 students are learning to appreciate academic excellence, tolerance and co-existence in an academically progressive environment with extremely limited resources and overcrowded rented facilities.

The Democracy Council will be auctioning art, antique lithographs and manuscripts, toys, a champaign brunch cruise for up to six people aboard a 60' boat in Marina Del Rey, and many more.

The event will be held at Hollywood Center Studios, which holds a rich history that mirrors the development of Hollywood. The studio played host to some of the most notable productions, including such iconic television shows as “I Love Lucy,” “The Addams Family,” “Jeopardy!” and “The Cosby Show,” as well as scores of groundbreaking films including “The Karate Kid,” “When Harry Met Sally,” and “The Player.”
